Our Hotel’s Reception desk is open round the clock. Staff is always at your disposal to serve you in the best possible way.

Room Service

Please do not hesitate to contact the Hotel’s Reception Desk so as to have the opportunity to meet your expectations regarding your ideal accommodation.

Room Service remains at your disposal, operating daily, from 07.30 to 22.30

If you wish to change any towel, please do inform us.

Our hotel has a Wake Up Service for the best possible visitors service.

Spa

At the Hotel's Spa, on level -1, experience the physical wellness you are looking for at the Spa’s sauna, steam room or Jacuzzi facilities. Relax during a massage session or a “Soft Pack” mud treatment.
Visitors are advised to bring and use their own bathing suits as the Spa facilities are used jointly by both men and women.  However, disposable underwear is available during sessions and treatments.
It is mandatory to shower in the Spa’s facilities before proceeding to any session or treatment.

The Level -1 elevator next to the Spa accesses the rooms on every floor.

Parking

The Hotel’s 16-spot underground garage on Level-2 as well as the Hotel’s open-air Parking lot is reserved for Hotel guests only. Use of the underground garage necessitates that guests consult with the Reception desk first and use their room entry key car to enter or exit the garage.  Via the Level -2 underground garage’s elevator, guests may directly access their rooms on each hotel floor.

Please do inform us if you need us to carry your luggage to your room for your convenience.
